A classic Chardonnay with aromas of ripe apple and hay with hints of toast and vanilla followed by inviting flavors of pears and melons; the finish is clean and crisp with just a hint of oak.

Spice and fruit vie for the leading role with black and white pepper adding a high note to vibrant red raspberry, blueberry and Bing cherry. In the background smoked and cured meats, herbs de Provence, and violets add to the bright upfront fruit.

Upsidedown - Method Red, Columbia Valley

This wine is 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Nebbiolo and 22% Sangiovese. The volatiles are amped up, bringing distraction from the aromas of cranberry, cherry and vanilla. The fruit flavors are broad and drink quite sweet.
