Magic Door, Champagne, Champagne FR $39

A well-balanced and layered Champagne with expressive aromas of apple and white pear along with more subtle notes of almond, buttered toast and baking spices. SOO GOOOOD!!!!

Domaine De La Meuliere, Chablis Burgundy FR $22

A Great classic Chablis from Northern Burgundy. 100% Chardonnay but only 5% of their production is aged in oak barrels which is not very common in Chablis, it gives the wine more oxygen and help the aromas to open up in the glass, without have the oaky finish. Great minerally and citrus on the finish.

Joseph Mellot, “Domaine Des Chaintres” Sancerre Loire FR $29

Totally crisp and still very young, this tight, fresh wine has currant, grapefruit and gooseberry flavor. It shows a steely, mineral edge from the chalk soil. Aromatic floral aromas of white blossom and grapefruit on the nose; the palate is refreshing and dry.

Trisaetum, Pinot Noir, Willamette OR $29

Broad but refined, with lively rose petal and black raspberry notes accented by dusky spice and stony mineral hints. Finishes with big but polished tannins

Elephant Seven, “Cosmic Reflection” Red Blend, Walla Walla WA $24

Classic Mourvèdre characteristics of gaminess and meatiness accented with black raspberry and licorice. A dense bouquet of dried flowers, garrigue, and white pepper with an iodine driven minerality. The finish is pure and lively with nice acidity and supple tannin

Dussek, Syrah, Columbia Valley WA $21

Flavors of red licorice, crushed plum, dark raspberry and blackberry lead to spice box and a hint of anis and mineral notes. From the mid pallet onto the finish the wine gains a note of espresso and dark chocolate adding muscle to the impressive length of the wine.
