INDIE WINERIES
Let us welcome back Graham, and Indie Wineries, to show off some rad wines. Much like Indie films, Indie Wineries takes us away from the normal blockbuster style of an experience. Showing off the cerebral edges of the genre at hand. You have to think more askew when you consume “out of the box”. Come and let Graham, from Indie Wineries show you how it is done. These wines have been touched by a winemaker that wants to do things in their own way. Damn the Torpedoes!
@ Humble Vine, Saturday, January 19, 4pm to 8pm!
Vinyes Singular, Minipuca Vineyard Cava, SPAIN, $27
This is an all-natural, Ancestral method, bubbly wine. A wonderful sparkling from 100 percent Xarel-lo (hah-ray-oh) grape. A balance between oxidation, juiciness, acidity, and power. Finishes with honey notes. Minipuça’s vineyard is represented on the label. The wine is aged in the bomb shelter down the vineyard. It’s the wine which represents the winery.

Jackalope Grenache, OREGON, $26
This Grenache is from Oregon. Grenache is a medium skinned grape and can look like a pinot noir. This wine sis deep in color and high acid (mouthwatering). Notes of fresh raspberry, cherry skins, and earth. A nice mineral edge. Extra crisp and clean.
Omero, Gamay Noir, OREGON, $29

Pretty nose shows violets, rosemary, rose stem, black cherry, sour plum. Palate shows nice combo of freshness and tart feel, light black fruits, sour cherry, and mineral tones. Finishes tart. Drinks like Cru Beaujolais.
