Sea Monster, Eclectic White Blend, Santa Ynez Valley CA $17
Candied apricot and mango, Smooth Honeysuckle notes with a touch of minerality. Could pass for a California Sauvignon Blanc. let it warm up a bit and you will be rewarded. Beautiful flavors of nectarines and mandarin orange. Quite a bit of acidity on the finish but not unpleasant.
Riberach, Synthese Blanc, Languedoc FR $23
A dry white wine with a fresh character, notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and fennel, and a saline, mineral finish… A mouthwatering wine. An easy-going wine! All biodynamic, sustainable, no fake yeast. Etc.…
Tombacco, Aglianico, Puglia IT $16
Scarcely known outside southern Italy, but Aglianico is one of Italy’s noble grapes which ranks alongside Barolo in quality and why it is often referred to as the Barolo of the south.
A dark, deep ruby red with clear purple tones. This structured wine is complex with enjoyable hints of cherry and red berry notes, followed by a marked vanilla and spicy note. Elegant, warm and full-bodied, this wine has a good length and persistence that leaves an enjoyable soft sensation on the palate.

Their Method Red is a tip of the cap to Super Tuscans, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Nebbiolo (33%) and Sangiovese (22%). It opens with fruity and alluring aromas of blackberry and cherry cola and follows through similar ripe and delicious flavors, backed by black cherry-skin tannins that show refinement. Proceeds of this wine benefit The Chill Foundation, which helps youth overcome challenges through board sports.
