@ Humble Vine Saturday July 20th
Borgo Alato, Prosecco, Italy $10
A nice crisp citrusy Prosecco. Pale light-yellow color, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes reminiscent of peach and green apple, there are also good secondary notes of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate with balanced acidity.
Vinhas de Magaridas, Vinho Verde, $10
This classic Vinho Verde has a pinch of bubbles and a squeeze of lush fruit. The aromas are a bouquet of fresh lime zest, honeydew melon, and a whisper of sea air in the finish. I keep one in my glove box for special emergencies!
Lone. Birch, Rose, Yakima WA $12
This pale pink wine is 100% Sangiovese and offers aromas of herb and sour cherry. It drinks just a pinch off dry, with mouthwatering fruit flavors
Secret De Berticot, Cotes du Duras $12
This fruity, lightly herbal and perfumed wine comes from a small region south of Bergerac and east of Bordeaux. It is crisp, hinting at gooseberry as well as citrus fruits.
Santa Clerissa, Pinot Grigio “Ramato”, Della Venezie Italy $16
Brilliant copper in color, Ramato wines are Italy’s unique contribution to the orange wine category. Extended time on the skins for white wines. This Ramato is laden with ripe exotic fruit like pineapple, and the palate is velvety, fuller bodied that you’d expect, followed by a lingering, sturdy finish.
