Domaine de Nerleux, “La Folie des Loups” Crémant de Loire. France $19

This bubbly blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc is ripe and yeasty. It has perfumed fruit, although the fruit is crisp and clean with a nutty tone. The acidity is intense, giving freshness for the finish.

Underground Wine Project, And Why Am I Mr. Pink Rose, Washington $15

A collaboration between two innovative Washington wine producers, Underground Wine Project produces fun wines that are full of character. Mr. Pink, a blend of Syrah and Sangiovese, is lively and mouthwatering, featuring notes of strawberries and watermelon.

Rose Schlosskellerei “Cistercien" Schloss Gobelsburg, Austria $21

Straight outa’ Kamptal  - region.  A blend of Zweigelt, Saint Laurent, and Pinot Noir. Complex with notes of berries and citrus. This is not your stereotypical Rosé. While most Rosé is enjoyed during the warmer months of spring and summer, this Austrian gem would also be perfect during a cool night as the seasons change. Fragrant and versatile, the pairing possibilities are endless.

Colosi, “Ecolosi” Nero d'Avola Rosé, Italy $13

Sicily’s diverse flora and fauna. deep respect for this delicately balanced ecosystem led the Colosi family to create the “Ecolosi” line, which expertly express terroir without disrupting it. Dusty pink in color with shades of mauve. Delicate bouquet of red fruit with hints of pomegranate and pink grapefruit. Balanced acidity that enhances the fruity characteristics.
