Here’s the Pinot’s

David Hill, Pinot Noir, Willamette Oregon     $24

This Pinot Noir was intentionally created to highlight a fruit forward flavor profile. The aromas of blue and black fruit arise first, transitioning into just ripe blackberries, and anise. An earthy undertone in the aroma parallels the flavors found on the palate, mushrooms, mint, and anise. Bursts of blue fruit and blueberries, alongside a bright acidity creates a mouthwatering finish.

Anne Amie, “Cúve A” Pinot Noir Willamette Oregon $ 26

A blend of the wineries most forward and charming barrels of Pinot Noir. Aromas of red cherry, strawberry and cedar blend into juicy red cherry and red plum flavors. A good structure would make it great for the Turkey table. The finish is long and smooth, with silky tannins.

Fossil & Fawn Pinot Noir, Willamette Oregon   $27

A blend of Pinot noir barrels sourced from all the vineyards we work with across a few of the Willamette Valley sub-AVAs, with vine age ranging from 20 to 50 years. Aged in predominantly neutral oak barrels, the point is to let the fruit shine. You will find classical Oregon Pinot noir characteristics of bramble fruit, raspberries, blackberries, smoky leather, wet rocks, and mushroomy earthiness. Mmmm.

J. Scott, Pinot Noir, Oregon   $31

Sit back and breathe in the  J. Scott Cellars Oregon Pinot Noir, from subtle earthiness, mushroom, and wood to bright strawberry jam this wine perfectly hits the mark on Oregon Pinot. The palate is medium weight with a nice long finish full of notes of strawberry and light oak.
