Here is the Lineup!
Naveran, Cava $21
Pale green-tinged gold. Bright and energetic on the nose, displaying Meyer lemon and melon scents and a smoky mineral top note. Fleshy, dry and focused on the palate, offering ripe citrus and orchard fruit flavors with a spicy edge of ginger. Finishes smooth and sappy, displaying good persistence and a touch of toastiness.
Mila Albarino Rias Baixas $19
Light to medium bodied. Lots of fresh citrus aromas: Meyer lemon, and lime. Combined with subtle white peach, jasmine and eucalyptus. Salty, mineral palate. Dry with refreshing acidity. Another great Albarino!
Don Ramon, Red Tinto, Campo de Borja $16
75% Old Vine Garnacha, 25% Old Vine Tempranillo. This dry, medium bodied red wine is delicious and easy to drink, with bright aromatics, supple red fruit flavors, hints of vanilla and a soft, smooth texture with balanced acidity.
Familia Torres, Salmos, Priorat $29
Salmos is a tribute to the monks of the Carthusian Monastery of Scala Dei, who arrived in Priorat in 1194 and introduced wine-growing there. It is made from Cariñena, Garnacha and Syrah. Brilliant ruby red in color with garnet highlights. Astounding rose and black cherry aroma with aromatic herbs such as thyme coming through. Lively and light-bodied on the palate, full of personality, well structured with pleasant tannins
