Here’s the wine up!

Domaine Pral, Beaujolais Rose    $19

100% Gamay. Aged 5 months in stainless steel tank. This small production rose, hand curated by environmentally conscious winemaker Pascal Chatelus, is made from older vines growing on the slopes of the Mont Beaujolais in the region of the Pierres Dorees. 100% Camay, hand harvested, it has an elegant light rose color, aromas of white flowers, rose hips, and red fruits. On the palate its fresh with a silky mouth reel and has a fruity, mineral finish.

Chateau Laubarit, Bordeaux Blanc   $19

The chateau is located in Entres-Deux-Mers, or between two seas. 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% each of Semillon and Muscadelle. The high degree of Muscadelle is what accounts for the explosive fruit components in the nose and palate. She boasts round, yet penetrating flavors of peach, quince, and kiwi!

Saint Felix de Castelmaure, Corbieres,   $14

Vibrant red fruit with lots of Grenache and Syrah notes. This wine really speaks of the region, with plum and damson fruit and a warm palate with juicy acidity with peppery notes, balancing freshness and impressive length. Would be delicious with anything rustic and French!

Pasquiers, Cotes du Rhone    $16

75% Grenache, 25% Syrah. The stems are removed and the vatting is done during 15 days in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks where it ages 3 months before bottling. The color is deep red and the nose is very aromatic. Intense aromas with red fruits aromas then comes a hint of licorice and pepper.
