2-8 PM

Wine Tasting: $20

Meinklang, Prosa Brut Rose, Burgenland Austria $21

100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of red cherry confections, fresh raspberry, pomegranate juice and cranberry propel to the forefront. The finish is clean, dry, with well-balanced acidity that makes this incredibly refreshing yet fruitful. Certified biodynamic, low intervention/natural wine, vegan.

Barbara Ohlzelt, “Leader” Gruner Veltliner, Kamptal Austria $21

This oh-so-lovely Grüner boasts savory acidity and mouthfuls of spice, flint, and lime.  A racy blend from different vineyard plots with an average vine age of 30-years-old. Stainless steel fermented. Leader is a play on word for ‘Liter’.

Meinklang, Blaufrankisch, Burgenland Austria $21

Wine made from grapes grown organically using natural composting techniques and special preparations of herbal sprays while following the astronomical calendar. Berried, charming, peppery, and fun, this red wine is delectable. A soul-warming character opens across a palate filled with ripe mulberries, currants, and herbs.

Franz & Christine Netzl,  “Christina” Zweigelt, Göttlesbrunn. Austria. $25

Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed to stainless steel tanks. The spontaneous fermentation is slow due to the cool temperatures in the old cellar. Malolactic fermentation in old big oak vats, where the wine rests for another 4 months. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur.Light red with purple glints, cherry juice aromas in the nose, red berries, soft and silky tannins, and fresh finish..
