Florence, Chardonnay, Yakima Valley $29
Coming from old vines planted in 1982 at a high elevation site in the Yakima Valley, this Chardonnay is rich and luscious without compromising complexity- traits that only time and place can impart upon a vine. spent 20 months in neutral and new (17%) French oak barrels. Frequent lees stirring builds texture and richness. This is a Chardonnay that even people who hate Chardonnay will like. Proudly bottled unfined and unfiltered. Pineapple, lemon bars, flint, almond paste, bananas foster.
Rasa, Occam's Razor, Columbia Valley $19
The full-bodied palate has slightly firm tannins with well delineated notes of cassis, black cherry, black plum, vanilla, cigar tobacco, dark chocolate, cedar, and spice. refreshing acidity, and moderately grippy tannins. The wine finishes with lovely notes of black cherry, cassis, and spice

Mouton Noir, “In Sheep’s Clothing” Cab Sauvignon, Columbia Valley $21
Founded by sommelier André Hueston Mack in 2007, Maison Noir's wines are unique and distinctive garage wines. The fruit for this wine comes from Columbia Valley - 60% from the Red Mountain AVA and 40% from the Wahluke Slope. After fermentation the wine spends 10 months aging in barrel, 25% of which is new French oak. This wine fully embraces an integral part of classic Cabernet Sauvignon by highlighting a complex blend of dried herbs: anise, thyme, and bay leaf.
Terra Blanca Cab Franc, Red Mountain $21
Aromas of boysenberry, plum and blackberry with notes of rose petal, toffee, graphite and violet waif out of the glass. On the palate red fruits lead into a ripe blackberry, black current and dark plum core with hints of lavender, spice, ancho pepper and toffee. A lively acid profile elevates the fruit flavors and the finely integrated tannin structure creates long smooth finish.
