Wine Tasting: $20

Roc de l’abbaye,  Sauvignon Blanc,     Loire Valley, France     $24

Crisp freshness and intense aromatics in this Loire Sauvignon Blanc. These grapes receive the same rigorous selection, vinification, and maturation as the ones from Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. The resulting wine is vibrant and fresh with white fruits, pear, and apricot and finishes with trademark minerality and balanced acidity.

Grosbot-Barbara, St. Pourcain Blanc ‘Vin d’Alon',  Loire Valley, France      $29

Delicious nerd wine here. A unique grape blend - from a great French winemaker. The distinguishing local grape variety in Saint-Pourçain is the Sacy, (or Tressallier) which is super rare and extremely hard to find here in the US. This is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Tressallier, with no oaking resulting in a fresh, lively white wine that is zippy and lip smacking with tons of interesting flavors and nuances.

Bise, Anjou Villages “Schistes” Cabernet Franc,   Loire Valley, France    $26

Must-try Loire Valley Cab Franc, so representative of the schist soils from which it comes. From one of the area’s legendary estates and fierce advocates who champion the quality of this region. Beautiful sumptuous fruit accompanied by a savory stone-like minerality

Manoir Tête de la Rouge, 'Bagatelle' Cabernet Franc, Saumur-Loire, France.   $34

Red carmine color , fresh raspberry and blackberry perfumes. The attack on the palate is crisp and full of freshness. The tannins are soft , little present and silky. Persistence is short.

This is THE cuvee of the Manoir de la Tete Rouge and this is what one must expect from a Saumur, delicate and simple.

Time: 2pm - 8pm or until the bottles run dry!
