Wine Tasting: $20
Valdemar, Chardonnay, Columbia Valley Washington $34
This ain’t your granny’s Chardonnay! Sure, there is a touch of oak, but the fruit on it is snappy and clean, the brightness and fruitiness so balanced, you’ll want to savor every last sip! And you better, because your friends may drink the whole bottle!
Landmass, Chenin Blanc Rouge Valley Oregon $29
A wonderful expression of Oregon Chenin Blanc. This white varietal is incredibly hard to come by in Oregon. This fruit crafts a vibrant wine. Notes of nectarine, saltwater taffy, alpine strawberry, anise, and mineral. Mmmm.
Illahe, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley Oregon $28
Aromas of blueberry compote, kola nut, dried cranberry, graphite, lead into flavors of tamarind paste, violet, quince, Thai basil and cedar chest. This wine finishes with more fruit, a little baking spice, silky tannins and a warm hug.
Gangster of Love, GSM Sierra Foothills, California $35
On the nose, enticing aromas of dark cherries, blackberries, and plums mingle with hints of baking spices and a touch of violet. The palate reveals luscious flavors of ripe berries, complemented by notes of black pepper and a subtle earthiness. With well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish.
