100% Pinot Noir is a radiant copper-pink shade in the glass, this wine is all Honey crisp apple on the nose. Luscious mousse and apple freshness take over on the palate, with a bit of texture to bring it all back down to earth and add some gravitas.

A blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, this tangy, spicy wine has crisp freshness to back up citrus and kiwi flavors. Lively and with a vibrant mousse
Overnoy Crinquand, Cremant de Jura Brut, Jura France $38
pure Chardonnay with 30 months of lees contact and a mere 0.5 grams per liter dosage. A non-vintage wine but produced exclusively from a single vintage, it offers textural plushness and breadth balanced by iron-tinged minerality and a gently honeyed character.

100% Chardonnay from their best plots. fresh, lovely, and elegant. Very crisp nose. Lemon, lime, wet stones, fresh apricot and cream. More substantial in the mouth. Smoked almonds and lime zest. Lots of juicy peach flavours as well.
