Salvador, from Leony's Cellars, will be joining us to present his award winning wines.
Family owned and operated, Salvador and his wife Sandi purchased Voila Vineyards and Winery in 2014. The previous owner helped teach them how to turn the land into wine. They continued their studies at the wine makers academy of South Seattle, and really honed their style. When this married team started crafting outstanding wines they immediately received praise and awards for their craft.
We will showcase 5 amazing selections fro their portfolio.

Wine Tasting: $20
“Honeymoon” Riesling, Naches Heights, Washington $29
Fresh crisp flavors of green apple, and hint of lime zest. Good mouthwatering acidity, with a long finish. Dry Riesling blended with 25% Chasselas Dore.
Cab Franc Rosé, Wenatchee, Washington $29
Soaked the skins with the juice of this Cabernet Franc six and a half hours before pressing. It has a rich dark pink color Notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, candied watermelon and rhubarb. Dry with crisp acidity.
“The Ambidextrous” Counoise, Rattlesnake Hills, Washington $36
Fresh and Fruit-forward notes of plum, raspberry and leafy herbs, like fresh fruit on the stem. The palate is juicy and bright with plum and earth and vibrant acidity. A pretty and intriguing wine that is like springtime in a glass.
“Super Turbulent” Malbec, Rattlesnake Hills, Washington $36
100% Malbec. They blend equal parts of vintages 2020, 2021, and 2022 Malbec. Juicy dark berry flavors, blackberry, dark cherry, smooth finish with 16% alcohol…
“Seduction” Barbera Chocolate Port, Columbia Valley, Washington $45
2022 Barbera fortified with brandy and blended with Swiss cocoa powder. Fruit forward with notes of cranberry and raspberry with chocolate on the nose and a light chocolate finish. 19% ABV, with 2.5% residual sugar, so it is sweet but not too sweet…
