A SIX COURSE TASTING MENU!!!
AHI TUNA - seared Ahi Tuna on toasted brioche toast, cucumber, bell peppers, red onions balsamic vinegar and sesame oil
PEAR/BLUEBERRY SALAD - ripe spring pears, blueberries, mixed spring greens, radicchio, blue cheese crumbles, candied pecans, red wine and thyme vinaigrette
SEARED SCALLOPS - seared scallops, pineapple/jicama relish, radish, arugula, cilantro
Intermezzo - raspberry sorbet
WILD ALASKAN HALIBUT - Wild caught Alaskan Halibut, lemon barre blanc, with mushroom and bell pepper risotto
FILET MIGNON - prime tenderloin, bordelaise reduction, scallop potato
BREAD PUDDING - house made caramel, Madagascar Vanilla ice cream
