Grape Expectations

It is time to start thinking about the spread for Thanksgiving, and the flavors you can add to the meal with these classic Turkey day wines. Maria, from Grape Expectations Distributors, is going to class up the joint with offerings from France and California. She will describe why these varietals of wine are perfect for pairing with the diverse meals this holiday. We will start off with a dry bubbly from Limoux France and kick it over to Alsace for our second wine. A Gewurztraminer that is sure to tickle the palate. Now for the reds. A classic fall Gamay from Beaujolais France. Then to California for a Napa Cab, and an Awesome Zinfandel from Fiddletown California. Only to save the best for last: A 10-Year-old Tawney Port from Portugal. Mmmmm. Let me sit by the fire and enjoy this tasting sip by sip……
