La Valentina, Pecorino, Abruzzo Italy   $19

Pecorino is one of the most exciting white grape varieties coming from Italy today, and Abruzzo is the source for many of the best. 100% Pecorino from the Colline Pescaresi (hills of Pescara). A bit of aging on the lees adds complexity and weight to this wine. Apricot stones, salted almonds, slate, dried lemons, pears, chopped apples and some praline on the nose. It’s layered, creamy and compact, with a medium body and bright acidity.

Masseria Fratassi, Falanghina, Campania, Italy  $19

Falanghina is an ancient Italian white-wine grape, reportedly of Greek origin. The color is straw yellow that contains brilliant green reflections. The perfume is intense and persistent with sensations of delicate white flowers and fruit. The taste offers freshness and balance, with a clean finish. Lots of green pear and lime with some stone and almond undertones. It's full-bodied, layered and very intense with beautiful fruit and focus.

Gaierhof, Teroldego Rotaliano,  Trentino Italy   $14

100% Teroldego. Teroldego is a high-quality red grape variety native to the region of Trentino, in north central Italy. Intense ruby red color. Bright nose of ripe raspberry, blackberry, pomegranate, sweet earth, and tobacco. The palate is characterized by smooth texture with notes of black cherries, black raspberry, earth, and a touch of spice with ample acidity and medium tannins.

Guerra Albano, Refosco, Friuli-Venezia Giulia Italy  $29

Refosco is a dark, purple skinned grape. The wines made made from these grapes are generally big, tannin, acidic wines. Bold and zesty! Albano’s Refosco is dark ruby. Aromas of dark forest fruits, iron, and a hint of earth spice. Great tension, with elegant fruit and structure. Balanced, long, satisfying finish. Aged in neutral barrels for 12 months, and held another 12 months to age in the bottle.

Time: 2pm - 8pm or until the bottles run dry!
