Rezabal, Txacoli Rose, Pais Vasco. Spain  $18

This wine hails from the Basque region of Spain. It has a crisp, effervescent taste with notes of green apple and citrus. It has a pale pink color and slight effervescence. Made with 100% Hondarrabi Beltza. Aromatic, dry and slightly effervescent. It has delicate flavors of wild strawberries, bright acidity, and great minerality. The main grape is Hondarribi Beltza, a cousin of Cabernet Franc, which means there are components of herbs, vegetables and flowers. 

Vinedos Verticales, La Raspa, Malaga Spain    $19

A blend of Muscat of Alexandríaz and Doradilla:.

The queen of the Axarquía, also known as Muscat of Málaga. Considered one of the oldest surviving castes that remain genetically unmodified. It stands out for its great aromatic and freshness potential.
Doradilla: Native to Malaga, with very little planted area. It is a variety with subtle aromas that provides volume and very interesting saline touches.

L’archetipo, Greco Bianco,  Salento, Italy $19

Marvelous white wine macerated for 24 hours. Full of ripe stone fruit, apricots, and a touch of nuttiness. From the “heel of the boot” of Italy. Perfect with fish, risottos and distinctive cheeses. Uses “pied de cuve" for yeast. 100% Greco Bianco aged on skins fro 24 hours.

David Hill "6000 BC” Orange, Willamette Oregon    $22

The name of the wine refers to the type of Qvevri (clay amphorae) used for fermentation,  discovered in Georgia  in 6000BC. 60% Pinot Gris, 30% Gewurztraminer, and 10% Riesling Fermented on the skins and aged in Amphora! Dry Farmed sustainable (LIVE certified), native yeast, dry farmed. Super approachable and soft on the palate. Floral and peach-flavored orange-hued wine.

Castello di Perno, Barbera D’Asti, Piedmont Italy   $21

48 hbour cold soak, 20 day controlled fermentation, aged in stainless for 9 months and rested in concrete before bottling. hand harvested / unfiltered / biodynamic conversion This wine is the perfect conversion of classic and natural. Castello di Perno handpicked these vineyard sites in Asti to create the most sophisticated iteration of Barbera that is still incredibly fresh and approachable. Highly allocated and beloved wine, the most perfect pizza pairing I know
