Northern France Rosé
So hot… Lets taste our chilled Rose from the top half of France. Three Rosé from the Loire Valley and one from Alsace. With colder growing regions we find these wines a bit more zippy, with a touch more mouth watering acidity than their southern counterparts. Al perfectly chuggable.

Jousseliniere, Rose, Loire Valley $12
Estate-grown Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grolleau, & Gamay fermented and aged in stainless steel. Fresh, tangy, dry and light, with loads of red fruits and crisp acidity. The aromas have classic Cab Franc notes of veggie garden and mineral, while the others give it red fruits and a touch of floral notes. A porch pounder.
Dellecheneau, Rose Tournage Riant, Loire Valley $24
A rare blend of Cot (Malbec) with Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Grolleau, this rose offers up a nose both bright and detailed, like a stained glass window on a sunny day. Grapefruit, tangerine, strawberry, Rainier cherry, and elderberry fruits come in incandescent waves, each dusted with a bit of fine white pepper.
Ansen, Pinot Rose, Alsace $25
100% Pinot Noir. A fresh and floral rosé, notes of strawberries and raspberries, juicy and delicious. Loaded with zingy lemon, fresh red berries, purple flowers, and a slightly earthy forest floor nuance that is enticing.
Pascal Jolivet, Sancerre Rose, Loire Valley $37
If you're partial to melon and citrusy peach flavors, then you'll love this Sancerre Rosé, made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. A blend of direct press and “saignée” production methods, Pascal Jolivet practices a minimalist winemaking style, allowing nature to take its course
