Classically trained in Santa Fe, NM, Chef Zach (executive chef of Nicks on Madison,) is ready to make our mouths water with fresh and piping hot, Ramen. Choose savory veggie or rich pork belly, and pair it with an amazing hand selected bottle of delicious wine.
We will offer Take-Away and Dine-In options. If you’d like to Take-away you can pre-order a perfectly paired bottle of wine or Dine-In and enjoy your soup with a custom wine flight in the wine bar.
Chef Zach will making preparing a limited number of Ramen bowls, we request pre-orders so that we can make sure to have your order ready!
