Great flavors and good time are in store for these beauties.

@ Humble Vine

Wednesday, February 12th

2-8 PM

Wine Tasting: $25

Dopf and Irion, Pinot Blanc   Alsace, France    $19

Luminous pure gold color. On the nose, complex notes of nectarine, pineapple, fresh almond, white acacia flowers, and white pepper. On the palate, very harmonious, evoking honey, spicy cardamom-pepper, citrus fruit on the finish, well balanced acidity and alcohol. Pairs well with pretending you're in a beret.

Vinovore, “Feeling Lucky” Rose        Emilia-Romagna Italy      $26

Wild strawberry, cherry blossom, red pepper, and fresh garden herbs burst from the glass with a crisp yet round finish. The refreshing flavors are rich with a sapid aftertaste, complemented by floral and herbal notes that persist on the palate., Certified organic and sustainably farmed, produced using 100% vegan-friendly practices with minimal intervention by women winemakers.   97% Sauvignon Blanc, 3% Longanesi.

Benton Lane, Pinot Noir          Willamette Valley, Oregon      $27

Fresh raspberries and sour cherries on the nose, and spices such as black pepper and cardamom in the back, mingle with hints of earthiness and herbs redolent of dried thyme and fresh pennyroyal. Medium bodied with a vibrant, textured mid-palate. Marked by elegant tannins and balanced acidity, this is a complex, nuanced wine with a long finish.

Magdalene, Cabernet Sauvignon       Red Mountain, Washington       $49

From the makers of Hedges wines. Certified organic and biodynamic, grown on its own rootstock! Aromas of dried herbs, tobacco leaf, cassis, and licorice waft from the glass. On the palate the wine is soft, yet supple, with hints of tart bramble fruits, plum, and black tea, framed by a bright acidity that brings freshness, all leading into a long, lingering, slightly herbaceous finish. Aged 15 months, half in brand new American (58%), French oak (39%) and Hungarian (3%).

Time: 2pm - 8pm or until the bottles run dry!
