Italy! Abruzzo, Sardinia, and Tuscany

Italy

Warm central Italy. We try a Pecorino from The east coasts of Abruzzo, then all the way back west to the island of Sardinia for a fantastic natural Vermentino. For the Rosso we are in Tuscany to do a Chianti comparison! One excellent Chianti sourced from around the region matched with a laser focused single vineyard Chianti from the old school Classico region with Reserva aging! See you Wednesday!
