Come and listen to my friend John Hickey while he gives us the lowdown about Champagne and sparkling wines from around the world! We will taste 4 sparkling wines with some included snacks.

Especially at this time of year we hear and see quite a bit of Champagne, or Sparkling wine for that matter. Although this particular type of wine is awesome in all seasons, it seems to be on full display during this season! So, with that in mind, why not take a closer look at our favorite ‘celebratory’ beverage! Let’s explore all things Champagne! This will include the geographical spot on the map, Champagne, as well as those other regions around the world producing world class Sparkling wine (can only be called Champagne if from Champagne, France!). Champagne is unique in its very creation, we’ll unravel that phenomenon as well!
Oh, before I forget, we will have the opportunity to taste 4 different examples of this category of wine along with a select tray of tasty treats! You will leave our gathering with a whole new understanding of Champagne and maybe an idea or two of the Champagne or Sparkling wine you would like to celebrate the season with!
